Modern Addition
We are reimagining the existing patio not as an outdoor annex, but as a seamless architectural extension of the Baldwin Saloon. By transforming this seasonal space into a climate-controlled interior environment, we transition from a space that sits idle for half the year to a year-round destination. This addition introduces a modern, refined atmosphere that complements our heritage bar experience while significantly expanding our capacity and revenue potential.

Expanding the Experience
While the historic Saloon is defined by its preserved 19th-century character, its layout is intentionally curated to honor that heritage—a vibe that doesn't easily accommodate modern high-energy amenities. This new addition serves as the Saloon’s versatile counterpart. By creating a dedicated space for a music stage, pool tables, and discreetly integrated media, we provide a relaxed, contemporary environment that allows the original bar to remain a focused, historic sanctuary.
Expanding the Demographic
This remodel transforms underutilized square footage into a high-functioning asset. By leveraging the existing structural 'bones'—which were intentionally engineered to support a two-story footprint—we can fully enclose the space with high cost-efficiency. This expansion intentionally diversifies our guest profile, creating a high-energy destination for live music, DJ sets, and sports that thrives independently of the historic saloon’s traditional atmosphere.
